Brenda Bass
Brenda is a lobbyist specializing in water, environmental, agriculture, and energy policy issues. She has diverse experience representing the business community in legislative and regulatory advocacy and representing private and public entities as an attorney. Her experiences give her a deep understanding of complex water supply and water quality issues, as well as direct experience in groundwater policy making.
Before joining KP, Brenda worked as a lobbyist for the California Chamber of Commerce, building coalitions on legislative and regulatory proposals that impacted water supply and quality, as well as the agricultural industry. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney representing a wide range of clients in water rights, CEQA, stormwater, and recycled water matters.
